To enhance your yoga experience, the instructor recommends
​having one or more of the following “at-home props” available for the class.


- Small throw pillow
- Yoga mat or large bath towel
- Pasta boxes, toilet paper rolls, large cans of food, or a couple of thick books
- Bathrobe belt, long scarf, or two ties knotted together
