Frequently Asked Questions
Where exactly does my donation go?
Your donation goes directly toward the care for that pet whenever needed. Phinney’s provides food, litter, medication, and pays for vet care and boarding (if the pet owner is hospitalized and we can’t find a foster).
What if a pet gets more donations than they need?
The funds may assist another pet in the Godparent Program.
How long can I be a Godparent for my chosen pet?
You can support your Godpet throughout his life. If at any time the pet no longer needs our assistance, we will let you know, and you may choose another pet in need if you’d like.
